What you will do

• Support overnight network deployment projects across the U.S.
• Handle inbound calls from field technicians following equipment installations.
• Validate and verify connectivity for switches, routers, wireless access points, and VoIP devices.
• Document all technical activities and tickets in Jira Service Desk.
• Escalate complex issues to senior network engineers.
• Ensure retail stores are fully operational before daily opening.

Requirements

• Experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, NOC, or Technical Support.
• Must be able to work overnight hours.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Valid US work authorization; company cannot sponsor visas.

Nice to have

• Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge.
• Exposure to switches, routers, firewalls, or wireless networking.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Fortinet.
• Experience with Jira or other ticketing systems.
• Retail technology support experience.
