What you will do

  • Resolve tickets and perform analysis, configurations, and testing of technological equipment.
  • Install and maintain mobile device-based hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Support local area networks (LANs) and other related end-user devices.
  • Provide informal training for computer and mobile device users.
  • Manage asset control and ensure adherence to departmental and system policy directives.
  • Maintain high levels of data security across all supported devices.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple OS/iOS operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory and associated file systems.
  • Foundational knowledge of network topologies and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ITIL Foundations concepts.
  • Ability to analyze technical problems and submit knowledge base updates.
