What you will do

• Stage new systems for deployment by the IT helpdesk.
• Perform basic Active Directory user management.
• Procure and track IT hardware, workstations, peripherals, and software licenses.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for IT assets and cellular devices.
• Support the documentation of IT systems and the general technical environment.
• Assist the IT team with various projects and assigned tasks.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of IT experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of current business hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tempe, AZ.
• Ability to pass a technical vocabulary assessment.
