Salary: $62,000 - $70,000 yearly

What you will do

• Install, configure, and relocate computer workstations, desktops, and laptops.
• Perform software installations using both deskside and remote management tools.
• Maintain accurate physical inventory and update the asset tracking database.
• Provide professional and effective technical support to staff at all levels.
• Manage cable organization and hardware setup for various technology equipment.
• Ensure all assets are tracked, cataloged, and documented in the ticketing system.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Windows, Mac, and Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Intermediate hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Strong mechanical ability and knowledge of computer hardware components.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work on-site full-time in Glendale, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with SCCM and Jamf for hardware/software management.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with hardware inventory auditing and cable management.
