What you will do

• Deliver structured onboarding and direct support for newly hired loan processors.
• Provide 1:1 coaching for processors on performance improvement plans.
• Create and maintain onboarding job aids, training tools, and Encompass pipeline configurations.
• Assess root causes of underperformance and develop tailored coaching plans.
• Collaborate with leadership to track progress and determine readiness for full pipeline management.
• Serve as a real-time resource for operational challenges and complex loan programs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5+ years of experience in the mortgage industry
• 3+ years of residential mortgage processing experience
• 1+ year of loan processing or underwriting experience specifically at hirify.global
• Proficiency with Encompass and loan programs including Conventional, Non-QM, FHA, VA, USDA, and Bond
• Strong knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z, and Regulation B
