What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end processing of mortgage loan applications, ensuring document accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, processors, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth application and closing processes.
• Oversee loan file organization and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Act as primary client contact, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries professionally.
• Monitor loan pipeline progress and provide regular status updates.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to ensure positive client experiences.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work remotely within the United States
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Experience in mortgage lending operations or loan coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and compliance.
