What you will do

• Design and launch a flagship AI-first engineering development program.
• Create comprehensive learning journeys, curriculum, and competency frameworks.
• Partner with business leaders to align development initiatives with technical and consulting needs.
• Define success metrics and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and business impact.
• Establish infrastructure and processes for onboarding, performance management, and career growth.
• Manage end-to-end program strategy, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent, Organizational, or Learning & Development.
• Proven success designing and deploying L&D programs for global organizations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience developing technical, engineering, AI, or data science talent.
• Familiarity with modern learning technologies and LMS platforms.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
