Salary: $180,000–$250,000 base depending on location and experience

What you will do

• Lead and develop the People Ops Manager and HRBP teams, managing priorities and performance.
• Own execution of the people roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and clear sequencing of work.
• Ensure high-quality HRBP partnerships with business leaders through coaching and oversight.
• Oversee People Ops functions including HRIS, compliance, benefits, and lifecycle management.
• Manage performance cycles, calibration, and coaching infrastructure for managers.
• Drive talent development programs and maintain compliance with employment laws and policies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States to work remotely
• 8–12 years of People/HR experience with direct management of HRBP or People partners.
• Broad functional expertise across performance, compensation, compliance, employee experience, and talent development.
• Strong operational and team leadership skills with strategic and tactical execution capabilities.
• Experience handling complex employee relations and senior escalation situations.
• Active user of AI tools with demonstrated integration into work processes.
