Senior Leadership Development Partner (L&D): Designing and delivering an enterprise leadership development portfolio to build managerial capability from frontline to VP levels with an accent on strategy, scalable frameworks, and AI fluency. Location: Must be based in Livingston, NJ or New York, NY. Candidate must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) to comply with export control regulations.
Salary: $149,000 – $198,000

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end leadership development portfolio, from strategic framing to program design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Scale the Management Essentials program for frontline managers and build the Leadership Essentials program for director-level and above.
- Develop scalable toolkits and frameworks to integrate leadership learning directly into the daily flow of work.
- Serve as a senior expert and trusted advisor to VPs, the C-suite, and the broader People organization.
- Facilitate high-impact programs and design a facilitator strategy to scale learning beyond a single person.
- Define success metrics and build evaluation frameworks to measure actual behavioral change and program impact.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, organizational learning, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building enterprise-level leadership programs from scratch in high-growth technology companies.
- Experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders at the VP level and above.
- Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Green Card holder, etc.) due to U.S. Government export regulations.
- Deep expertise in adult learning theory, behavior change, and program evaluation.
- High proficiency with AI tools to accelerate content research, synthesis, and data analysis.
