What you will do

• Own the end-to-end leadership development portfolio, from strategic framing to program design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Scale the Management Essentials program for frontline managers and build the Leadership Essentials program for director-level and above.
• Develop scalable toolkits and frameworks to integrate leadership learning directly into the daily flow of work.
• Serve as a senior expert and trusted advisor to VPs, the C-suite, and the broader People organization.
• Facilitate high-impact programs and design a facilitator strategy to scale learning beyond a single person.
• Define success metrics and build evaluation frameworks to measure actual behavioral change and program impact.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, organizational learning, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building enterprise-level leadership programs from scratch in high-growth technology companies.
• Experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders at the VP level and above.
• Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Green Card holder, etc.) due to U.S. Government export regulations.
• Deep expertise in adult learning theory, behavior change, and program evaluation.
• High proficiency with AI tools to accelerate content research, synthesis, and data analysis.
