What you will do
- Act as the subject-matter expert for performance management, prioritizing clarity and honest conversations over bureaucracy.
- Design and implement assets to support consistent performance application across all company functions.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communications during performance cycles.
- Collaborate with the compensation team to integrate performance outcomes with rewards.
- Oversee leadership and onboarding initiatives for the North American region.
- Adapt global HQ programs to meet the specific needs and challenges of the NAMER workforce.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in talent, people, or related fields with a track record of building and scaling programs.
- Deep expertise in performance management and broad range across the talent enablement space.
- Ability to hold credibility with executives and provide strategic pushback when necessary.
- Habit of defining success via metrics such as calibration outcomes, time-to-productivity, and onboarding NPS.
- Fluency with technology and AI, with an instinct to build HR processes using these tools.
- Based in the US and willing to travel internationally and work flexible hours across global time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience building people programs in hypergrowth environments with rapid headcount scaling.
- Proficiency in implementing or managing HRIS/people systems like Workday or Greenhouse.
- Exposure to international workforce operations, including EMEA/APAC coordination and compliance.
