Salary: $135,000 – $155,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide financial program support including funding, performance, and activity tracking for active projects.
• Lead the analyst team in developing standardized reporting templates, forecasting models, and variance analysis tools.
• Drive automation of monthly summary reports and dashboards utilizing ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
• Review financial activities and subcontractor invoices to ensure billing accuracy and monitor burn rates.
• Coordinate annual and quarterly financial forecasts and conduct monthly variance analysis of actuals.
• Support proposal efforts by providing forecasted pricing calculations for RFQs and RFPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, project controls, or program finance.
• Experience as a team lead or functional lead responsible for coordinating work across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project financial management, including funding, contract performance, and cost monitoring.
• US citizenship is required; must be eligible to obtain a DOE L or Q Clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or BI software.
