What you will do

  • Own product requirements, user needs, and system-level definitions for major device product lines.
  • Translate clinical insights and business objectives into actionable roadmaps and development priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional trade-off discussions involving functionality, usability, technical risk, and cost.
  • Drive the full product lifecycle from concept and feasibility through verification, validation, and manufacturing.
  • Coordinate usability studies, customer evaluations, and design control deliverables.
  • Manage day-to-day Agile development practices across multiple product initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in product management, systems engineering, or technical leadership.
  • At least 3 years of experience in hardware, medical devices, or wearables development.
  • Proven track record of supporting products through design controls, V&V, and commercialization.
  • Strong technical aptitude to evaluate engineering trade-offs in functionality and manufacturability.
  • Must be based in the Greater Boston area (Hybrid role).

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in a relevant technical or business field.
  • Experience in regulated industries (healthcare technology, safety-critical products).
  • Proficiency with tools like Ketryx, Jira, Figma, GitHub, or Asana.
