Location: Must permanently reside in the US and work full-time in the US; San Francisco, CA (hybrid, 3 days/week in office), New York City, NY (remote), Seattle, WA (remote)
Salary: $122,400–$170,000 base + equity + benefits (location-based range for SF/NYC/Seattle: $156,400–$190,000)

What you will do
- Architect an intelligent referral framework that matches members to the right level of care using patient acuity and clinical notes.
- Build HIE & interoperability foundations by defining protocols and infrastructure for secure, scalable clinical information exchange.
- Drive integrated partner experiences and network expansion, owning onboarding and activation for new provider networks.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership, engineering, legal, compliance, and health plan stakeholders to meet regulatory and clinical standards.
- Define and track domain health metrics across provider tooling readiness, referral flow automation, and interoperability readiness.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of product management experience shipping health-tech products, specifically provider tooling, care coordination, or EHR/interoperability.
- Technical fluency to discuss model latency, data pipeline architecture, and buy-vs-build trade-offs for AI integrations; ability to write robust non-functional requirements.
- Experience working with tools like Figma and low-code environments to validate features before production.
- Ability to bridge clinical risk/compliance guardrails with engineering execution speed.
- US residency requirement: must permanently reside in the US and work full-time in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience in digital health, behavioral health, or care navigation platforms.
- Familiarity with EAP (Employee Assistance Program) clinical protocols and how they connect to broader mental health care pathways.
- Experience with provider marketplace or referral network products.
- Exposure to FHIR, HL7, or other clinical interoperability standards.
