• Define and execute a long-term product roadmap that balances unique client needs with platform scalability.
• Architect seamless user experiences that distill complex logic into clear, actionable member interactions.
• Drive new product and feature development from initial ideation through to final launch.
• Define and track success metrics to measure outcomes and align the team on product direction.
• Partner deeply with engineers and data scientists to translate backend data into intuitive member-facing experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in search products or complex B2B2C healthcare environments.
• Strong analytical foundation with a data-first approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in using SQL, Figma, and AI prototyping tools.
• Exceptional communication skills to distill technical complexity for diverse stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Must be able to work in the NYC office 3 days per week.
