What you will do

• Manage the product lifecycle for IT solutions designed to improve patient and clinician experiences.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to shape requirements and inform the product roadmap.
• Translate conceptual ideas into actionable technical steps and coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for innovation at the point of care to optimize clinical, operational, and financial value.
• Develop KPIs and use evidence-based data to guide product direction and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of recent relevant experience in product management.
• Deep experience with Epic EHR clinical tools, either as a builder or power user.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and regulatory considerations.
• Proficiency in creating product roadmaps and managing backlogs using Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma and Jira.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, and data analysis frameworks.
• Experience in digital health, Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and non-traditional care delivery.
