Location: Must be based in or able to work from the United States (San Francisco, CA or Remote)

Salary: $125,000 – $150,000

hirify.global is an early-stage startup building AI-powered software to automate assurance and audit processes, establishing a new state of trust for global commerce.

What you will do

  • Own a targeted list of enterprise accounts, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets by building trust-based relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies using the MEDDICC methodology.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Present compelling solution walkthroughs to prospects based on deep discovery.
  • Maintain CRM diligence and accurate forecasting for the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive with a proven track record of selling complex software to enterprise accounts.
  • Must be authorized to work in and based in the United States.
  • Strong project management skills to drive multithreaded deals.
  • Ability to engage effectively with all levels of an organization from practitioners to executives.
  • Experience in independently managing complete sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation.
  • Capability to perform up to 30% regional and national travel.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working for or selling directly to audit, advisory, or assurance firms.
  • Strong background in navigating complex, multithreaded sales motions.
