Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year (base)

What you will do

  • Build and execute a structured weekly operating cadence to ensure reliable pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
  • Coach enterprise sellers on navigating complex healthcare AI sales cycles, including multi-threaded engagement with clinical, IT, and financial stakeholders.
  • Manage performance end-to-end, implementing frameworks for identifying and developing top-tier talent.
  • Scale the enterprise sales team while maintaining a high hiring bar and launching structured onboarding programs.
  • Directly manage the ADR team, establishing outbound strategies and quality metrics aligned with enterprise territories.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and RevOps to optimize GTM processes and messaging.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise healthcare sales, with at least 3+ years in frontline sales management.
  • Proven ability to coach complex, multi-threaded deals with high ACVs and long sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare AI landscape, including clinical workflows and documentation integrity.
  • Experience building and managing ADR teams alongside enterprise sellers.
  • Strong track record of talent acquisition and team development.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
