What you will do
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market insights.
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Evaluate candidate profiles and manage the full recruitment lifecycle to deliver strong candidate slates.
- Partner with hiring leaders to provide consultative guidance on offer details and compensation.
- Maintain proactive communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
- Mentor and support other recruiters and team members within the talent acquisition function.
Requirements
- Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- Fluent in English and French
- Significant recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting
- Proven experience in Pharmaceutical R&D recruitment
- Familiarity with ATS and social media sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition principles and metrics
