What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market insights.
• Develop and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and manage the full recruitment lifecycle to deliver strong candidate slates.
• Partner with hiring leaders to provide consultative guidance on offer details and compensation.
• Maintain proactive communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
• Mentor and support other recruiters and team members within the talent acquisition function.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
• Fluent in English and French
• Significant recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting
• Proven experience in Pharmaceutical R&D recruitment
• Familiarity with ATS and social media sourcing tools
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition principles and metrics
