What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for both tech and non-tech roles, from sourcing strategy to offer signing.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to solve tactical and long-term hiring challenges.
  • Develop and test creative sourcing channels to identify and engage top talent.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and high-quality communication at every stage.
  • Maintain and organize ATS data to ensure process transparency and efficiency.
  • Continuously optimize and refine hiring processes using data-driven methods.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in fast-growing product or tech companies.
  • Proven track record of independently managing 5–7 open roles simultaneously.
  • Strong background in building sourcing strategies and assessing top candidates.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and prioritization skills.
  • English: Intermediate+ required
