Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote in the Philippines; permanently remote. The role requires an 8-hour workday within 3:00 AM–3:00 PM EST core hours, with flexible start and end times.

Salary: USD $800–$1,200 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and platforms such as Indeed, Upwork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Screen applications and resumes, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Create and publish job advertisements and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases, update records in the ATS, and track recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Monitor recruitment trends, market conditions, and talent acquisition best practices.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience: 0–3 years; recent graduates and early-career professionals with an interest in HR are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail when managing candidates, resumes, interview notes, and assessments.
• Professional presentation and the ability to explain company activities and roles clearly to candidates.
• Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and move candidates efficiently through the recruitment pipeline.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers.
• Understanding of design roles and creative portfolios.
