Location: Remote (Philippines). Core hours: 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST
Salary: $800 - $1,200 / month

What you will do
- Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Create and post job advertisements to attract a diverse talent pool.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics using ATS.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define staffing needs.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in recruitment (entry-level).
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience hiring UI/UX designers.
- Understanding of creative portfolios and design roles.
