What you will do

• Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Create and post job advertisements to attract a diverse talent pool.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics using ATS.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define staffing needs.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in recruitment (entry-level).
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring UI/UX designers.
• Understanding of creative portfolios and design roles.
