Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote Serbia (Belgrade); permanently remote. Full-time 8-hour workday within 3:00 AM–3:00 PM EST core hours, with flexible start and end times and the option to split hours into multiple blocks.

Salary: USD $800–$1,200 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and platforms including Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Screen applications and resumes, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Create and post job advertisements and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and use an ATS to keep records accurate and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Monitor recruitment trends, market conditions, and talent acquisition best practices.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates and early-career professionals with demonstrated interest in HR are welcome.
• Enthusiasm for learning about people and their experiences, with the ability to move candidates through the pipeline quickly.
• Professional presentation skills and the ability to represent hirify.global clearly to prospective hires.
• Ability to learn what hirify.global does and explain different roles clearly to candidates.
• Strong organization and attention to detail when managing multiple candidates, statuses, resumes, interview notes, and assessments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS tools.
• English is required.
• Type "purple" in the "References" field of the application form.

• Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers.
