Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote Serbia (Belgrade); permanently remote with semi-flexible hours within 3:00 AM–3:00 PM EST core hours.

Salary: $800–$1,200 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and platforms including Indeed, Upwork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes and applications and conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Create and post job advertisements in coordination with recruitment needs.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment metrics, interview notes, assessments, and pipeline statuses.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and collaborate with HR and hiring managers on staffing requirements.
• Use an applicant tracking system and monitor recruitment trends, market conditions, and best practices.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates and early-career professionals with an interest in HR are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional candidate presentation.
• Enthusiasm, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Required language: English.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking system tools.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers.
• Understanding of design roles and creative portfolios.
