TL;DR

Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR): Identifying and hiring top talent through sourcing, screening, and interviewing with an accent on candidate experience and pipeline management. Location: Remote (Must be based in Serbia)

Compensation: $800–$1,200 per month

What you will do

  • Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Create and post job advertisements to attract qualified talent.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics using ATS.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Scout talent on platforms including Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Serbia
  • English: Proficiency required
  • Entry-level experience (0-3 years); recent graduates are welcome.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers.
  • Understanding of design roles and creative portfolios.
