Salary: $232,000 - $348,000

What you will do
- Lead pricing and contracting strategies for POVE across current and future indications.
- Spearhead market access launch readiness teams to ensure alignment and tactical execution for FDA approval.
- Develop brand and market access strategies by payer channel to support patient access.
- Oversee the development of the POVE value proposition in partnership with HEOR.
- Lead the annual long-range planning and US Market Access brand planning.
- Manage a team of 3-4 direct reports using a player-coach leadership style.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in product commercialization and access strategy.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience.
- Expert knowledge of the US healthcare system, including government and commercial payers.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical/biotech contract strategy and launch execution.
- Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy and distribution strategy.
- Must be able to work on-site in Boston, MA on a hybrid schedule.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PharmD, MPH).
- Direct disease area experience in nephrology or immunology.
- Extensive experience in payer contracting.
