What you will do

• Own the end-to-end order-to-cash billing process.
• Manage customer billing support and billing QA, including discrepancy investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Lead resolution of escalations and payment disputes (chargebacks), including credit and refunds.
• Own accounts receivable and collections: overdue invoices, deactivations, and bad debt tracking.
• Partner with GTM, Finance & Accounting, and the billing platform partner/vendor to implement fixes and improve billing accuracy.
• Build reporting and analytics for billing performance, collections, and client health.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, or a related function, preferably in a SaaS/subscription business.
• Experience managing teams and driving accountability against service levels and performance expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working across billing systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and the ability to operate productively without close oversight.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tabs, Rillet, PandaDoc, Stripe, Notion, and Slack is preferred.
