What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end subscription billing lifecycle, including contract conversion, pro-rated expansions, and renewals.
• Execute accurate and timely invoicing across multiple entities for recurring and one-time charges.
• Own the collections process, including dunning, customer follow-ups, and managing delinquent accounts.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to align deal terms with revenue recognition policies.
• Handle customer and vendor administration, including onboarding hirify.global as a supplier in procurement systems.
• Design and implement automations to replace manual billing tasks and scale operations.

Requirements

• Up to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections.
• Strong fluency in subscription billing models (tiered and usage-based) and proration.
• Proficiency with billing systems (e.g., Stripe, Chargebee), CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), and ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
• AI-native working style with a proven track record of using AI to automate workflows.
• Experience with vendor portals (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba) and operational VAT/sales tax tasks.
• Existing right to work in the target location or eligibility for German visa sponsorship.

• Experience working in a fast-paced tech scale-up.
