Location: El Segundo, California
Salary: $145,000 – $162,000 Yearly

What you will do
- Lead value stream diagnostics and identify process wastes using Lean tools such as VSM, SIPOC, A3 problem solving, and Kaizen.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap of process improvement opportunities supported by business impact and risk analysis.
- Analyze operational, financial, and supply chain data to translate trends into actionable business recommendations.
- Build performance dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting to track cycle time, service, and supplier performance.
- Redesign workflows, operating models, and governance routines, including the definition of RACIs and decision rights.
- Facilitate cross-functional Lean events and coach stakeholders on data-backed decision-making and sustainment practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in process improvement, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or management consulting.
- Deep knowledge of Lean methodologies, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, and change management.
- Strong analytical capability with experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Google BigQuery.
- Must be based in El Segundo, California.
Nice to have
- MBA, Master's degree, or advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience in consumer products, toy industry, or retail supply chain environments.
- Experience with Python, R, process mining, or applied AI to improve diagnostics and decision making.
