What you will do

• Build and maintain Tableau and Salesforce dashboards for GTM teams.
• Write SQL queries to analyze pipeline, bookings, conversion, and productivity trends.
• Own metric definitions and recurring performance reporting.
• Improve data quality in Salesforce and downstream reporting tables.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear analytical insights.
• Leverage AI tools to improve process efficiency and deliver automated reporting products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, RevOps, Sales Ops, or BI.
• Strong SQL fundamentals and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Deep understanding of GTM metrics such as ARR, win rates, and sales cycles.
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM data.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt, Postgres, or YTsaurus.
• Background in fast-moving SaaS or B2B technology companies.
• Familiarity with territory planning, forecasting, and lead routing.
