What you will do

• Prepare and pack orders according to company standards.
• Program hearing aid devices using custom programming software.
• Utilize shipping software to print labels and manage delivery times.
• Log and process incoming packages and track inventory and supplies.
• Coordinate logistics across sales, customer experience, and audiology teams.
• Inspect and repair hearing aid devices.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Midtown Manhattan.
• High standard of workmanship and extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
