What you will do

• Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation for domestic and international hazmat shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely.
• Use UPS and FedEx software for shipment processing.
• Ensure compliance with hazardous waste and dangerous goods regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet daily workload requirements and complete data entry tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• US DOT/IATA 49CFR 172.704/DGR 1.5 certifications.
• CA Title 22 Hazardous Waste Generator certification.
• 2+ years of clerical experience in shipping/receiving and 2+ years of hazmat shipment experience.
• Proficiency in UPS/FedEx systems, MS Office, and forklift operation.
• Strong communication, organization, math, and workload-prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• SAP data entry experience.
• Familiarity with CFR 49 regulations.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and SPC programs.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement activities.
