What you will do

• Manage daily shipping schedules, truck dispatching, and OSP operations.
• Lead department meetings and ensure compliance with EHS and safety standards.
• Train team members and maintain accurate training and compliance records.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Finance to resolve shipment and invoicing issues.
• Process daily shipments in ERP/D365 and manage inventory of packaging consumables.
• Audit 5S standards and manage logistics spend within budget.

Requirements

• Must be based in Fairfield, OH
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production, inventory management, and quality systems.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and personnel effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and basic math skills.
