What you will do

• Unpack, examine, and record incoming shipments while identifying discrepancies or damages.
• Manage inventory levels, including kitting, physical counts, and cycle counts.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, verify documentation, and affix shipping labels.
• Maintain an organized work area and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and resolve shipping/receiving issues.
• Assist with quality inspection, assembly, and facility tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in Orange County, CA
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in reading and comprehending English work instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in an ISO-registered facility.
• Knowledge of FDA and ISO requirements.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
