Inventory Control Analyst (Logistics)

What you will do

• Run daily cycle count sheets and conduct counts of sub-inventory locations using the ERP system.
• Identify root causes for incorrect inventory balances and resolve negative quantities in work-in-process.
• Perform spot counts of suspect inventory and weekly audits of Kanban items.
• Report recurring deficiencies in inventory movements to initiate corrective actions.
• Support MRB activities and promote continuous improvement of inventory control and DMR disposition processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in the use of an ERP Inventory Control system.
• Location: Must be based in Pawtucket, RI for onsite work.
• English: Advanced level proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, specifically within medical device production.
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems.
