What you will do

• Lead and coordinate large-scale, highly cross-functional programs across Autonomy, Product, Infrastructure, Engineering, and Safety to improve fleet efficiency and software quality.
• Drive operational efficiency initiatives across engineering, field service, and operations by identifying bottlenecks, aligning stakeholders, and unblocking execution.
• Partner with System Design & Mission Assurance and safety teams to gather and pressure-test V&V requirements.
• Champion AI and data-driven tools in operations, including building centralized multi-source reporting systems for actionable intelligence.
• Run monthly business reviews (MBRs) and define/track operational metrics to shape what should be measured and why.
• Partner with Finance on operational planning cycles and lead efficiency initiatives across L3 and robotaxi R&D fleets while managing timelines, resources, deliverables, and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Operations Management, or a STEM field.
• 10+ years of program management experience, preferably combining technical depth with operational execution.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, highly cross-functional programs with significant organizational impact.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity by structuring undefined problems and building frameworks from scratch.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across engineering, product, and operations audiences.
• Deeply data-driven approach, including validating metrics and challenging outputs that don’t add up; proficient with modern AI tools and workflows (e.g., Gemini, Claude, MCP APIs, cloud-based coding environments).

• Base salary range: $183,000–$251,000 per year.
