Salary: $128,470 – $208,770

What you will do

• Coordinate system programs across multiple machines to align with common strategy, architecture, and customer expectations.
• Translate product and system requirements into achievable milestones, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks across the full program lifecycle.
• Support system design, subsystem testing, and troubleshooting for safety-critical hardware-software systems.
• Drive cross-team collaboration and manage interdependencies with internal teams and external vendors.
• Establish program KPIs and provide executive-level reporting on progress, quality, and cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to the USA (Tucson, AZ or Mossville, IL).
• No visa sponsorship available.
• Proven experience in Technical Program Management, preferably in robotics or autonomous vehicles.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) for complex machinery.
• Strong technical background in complex hardware-software integration.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Exposure to verification and validation of safety-critical software and systems.
• Experience delivering programs directly to production.
