What you will do
- Partner with Behavior Planning leads and engineers to plan and prioritize high-impact development.
- Assess requirements, facilitate option selection, and evolve tools and processes for success.
- Track progress, resolve dependencies, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Manage large-scale projects across functional teams, instill efficient workflows, and mentor on project management.
- Remove obstacles, handle escalations, and support teams with competing priorities.
- Understand technical architecture, propose alternatives, and clarify priorities with engineers.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years as Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, Engineering Manager, or Engineer in autonomous systems, robotics, data science, ML, computer vision, or software development.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, CS, Math, Data Science, or equivalent with exceptional ability.
- Strong familiarity with ML models, robotics, or computer vision architectures.
- Direct impact on groundbreaking products or novel technology programs.
- High technical aptitude, understanding of software lifecycle, Agile/Waterfall, and engineer collaboration.
- Strong communication skills adaptable to audience; passion for shipping innovative products.
