What you will do

• Partner with R&D, Product, and Engineering leadership to define strategy and execution schedules.
• Translate complex scientific requirements into actionable roadmaps for finance and product stakeholders.
• Anticipate and mitigate technical bottlenecks before they impact delivery milestones.
• Design and implement execution rituals that balance scientific exploration with factory-paced accountability.
• Drive resourcing conversations and defend ROI-optimal strategies with leadership.
• Orchestrate end-to-end product launches and milestone deliveries.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management within R&D or deep-science teams.
• Proven track record of rescuing stalled programs or managing high-uncertainty scientific projects.
• Ability to quickly gain fluency in new scientific domains.
• Experience partnering with finance and product leadership on investment decisions.
• Must be authorized to work in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Advanced technical degree or deep experience in scientific team environments.
