Senior Manager, Corporate Finance

Location: Remote - USA

Base salary: $160,700–$231,000 USD per year, plus potential bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the annual operating plan and forecast cadence across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, including revenue and free cash flow forecasting.
• Build driver-based models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity models to improve forecast accuracy and support leadership decisions.
• Oversee monthly CFO reporting, variance analysis, dashboards, and supporting analytics while preparing board and investor materials.
• Lead improvements to Pigment systems, AI-enabled automation, and FP&A processes and controls.
• Support SOX controls, audit committee materials, and IPO-readiness work with Legal, Accounting, Investor Relations, and the CFO’s office.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of corporate finance analysts and managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6–9+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity, including experience managing or developing direct reports.
• Experience building driver-based financial models from scratch and improving forecast accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of the three financial statements, SaaS operating metrics, and modern FP&A systems such as Pigment or Snowflake.
• Direct experience with public-company readiness, including SOX controls and audit committee or board materials.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, and executive communication skills, with experience leading AI or automation initiatives in FP&A.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA.
• Experience through an IPO or during the first year of a newly public company.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Maxio, Workday, Sigma, AI-assisted forecasting tools, or agentic workflows.
• Background in investment banking, strategy consulting, equity research, cybersecurity, or infrastructure software.
