Salary: $100,000–$130,000

What you will do

• Convert business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional technical requirements and solutions.
• Produce high-quality analyst artifacts, including user stories, specifications, and interactive prototypes.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), including analysis, triage, and review of defects to validate solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize, refine, and maintain the product backlog.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Analyze system design and execute SQL queries to support technical changes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise application technical analysis.
• Proven expertise in eliciting and documenting high-quality systems analysis artifacts.
• Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries, and working with JSON and XML.
• Experience developing and executing comprehensive functional and non-functional test cases.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for managing relationships with business sponsors and third-party stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Atlanta, GA

Nice to have

• Experience with API methodologies (REST and SOAP).
• Proficiency with Atlassian suite (JIRA/Confluence) and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of BPMN, BDD, Gherkin, or Robotics Process Automation (RPA).
• Understanding of lean principles or six sigma.
• Background in digital product development for commercial and personal lines insurance.
