Salary: $91,890–$112,310 base annually (Target earning potential: $166,890–$187,310)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals including MDs, RNs, and CDEs.
  • Deliver product education and ongoing support to patients and clinical educators.
  • Represent the company at conventions, events, and community outreach programs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking and reporting for territory activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, or medical devices.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Ability to travel up to 80% within the territory, including overnight stays.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
