Salary: £80,000–£90,000 per annum.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for the NHS and international healthcare markets.
  • Lead, coach, and scale high-performing sales and marketing teams to maximize pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key NHS and strategic partner stakeholders.
  • Oversee sales operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to optimize commercial performance.
  • Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and executive-level engagements.
  • Contribute to M&A initiatives and identify new customer segments for sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK with the ability to travel up to 50% for stakeholder engagement.
  • Extensive leadership experience within software or healthcare technology sales.
  • Proven success selling into the NHS, healthcare providers, or the wider public sector.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software sales, CRM systems, and pipeline management.
  • Strategic thinker with experience translating vision into actionable plans and supporting M&A growth.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within high-growth or acquisitive organizations.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled healthcare technology and its application to clinical workflows.
