What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for the NHS and international healthcare markets.
- Lead, coach, and scale high-performing sales and marketing teams to maximize pipeline generation and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key NHS and strategic partner stakeholders.
- Oversee sales operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to optimize commercial performance.
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and executive-level engagements.
- Contribute to M&A initiatives and identify new customer segments for sustainable growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK with the ability to travel up to 50% for stakeholder engagement.
- Extensive leadership experience within software or healthcare technology sales.
- Proven success selling into the NHS, healthcare providers, or the wider public sector.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales, CRM systems, and pipeline management.
- Strategic thinker with experience translating vision into actionable plans and supporting M&A growth.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Experience working within high-growth or acquisitive organizations.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled healthcare technology and its application to clinical workflows.
