What you will do

• Develop and execute a sales plan to maximize growth in the rare disease market.
• Identify and establish business relationships with emerging thought leaders and healthcare providers.
• Maintain expert knowledge of disease states, products, and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Market Access and Patient Support.
• Ensure all business activities comply with regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of biotech/pharma product promotion experience.
• Proven track record of success in exceeding sales goals.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Portfolio selling experience.
• Specialty disease or rare-orphan experience.
• Existing business partnerships in the Pulmonary or Infectious Disease community.
• Experience working compliantly in patient support models.
