TL;DR

Service Solution Specialist (MedTech/Sales): Driving service revenue and executing sales strategies for medical imaging systems with an accent on territory management and client relationship development. Focus on achieving sales targets, managing the sales funnel, and coordinating cross-functional resources to maximize customer satisfaction.

Location: Must be based in the US (Texas or Western US territory); 40-50% travel required.

Salary: $90,100 - $100,000 per year plus sales incentive compensation

What you will do

  • Execute service sales strategies to achieve revenue and order targets for the assigned Western US territory.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients using CRM tools.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including forecasting, pricing compliance, and tender/bid processes.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales, Field Engineers, and Account Executives to coordinate resources.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor data to develop effective counterstrategies.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling services or capital equipment.
  • Solid understanding of medical imaging and services markets.
  • Proven ability to close new business and achieve sales goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel 40-50% and stay overnight as required.
  • Associate degree (AS) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree (BS) preferred.
