TL;DR

Regional Manager (Medical Devices): Leading a team of sales representatives to drive growth and market adoption of cardiac management solutions with an accent on territory strategy, coaching, and performance management. Location: Must be based in Atlanta, GA

Compensation: $250,000 (Base $150,000 + Variable Incentive)

What you will do

  • Manage and implement sales programs for the assigned region to meet or exceed revenue and profit objectives.
  • Hire, coach, and develop Territory Managers and Sales Associates through regular field visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and medical establishments.
  • Analyze regional market trends and provide strategic feedback to the organization.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and lead by example in professional and ethical conduct.
  • Oversee performance management, including training, appraisals, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • At least 3 years of field sales experience in cardiology, medical devices, or pharma
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical equipment sales management
  • Must reside within the assigned region (Atlanta North)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel at least 60% of the time
