TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Boulder, CO

Salary: $115,000 - $250,000 USD (Base + OTE)

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Engage and influence C-suite decision-makers and hospital administrators to secure new partnerships.
  • Develop and coach clinical champions within Emergency, ICU, and Neurology departments.
  • Execute a hunter-style sales strategy, including cold calling and proactive account acquisition.
  • Conduct effective discovery sessions to tailor solutions to the needs of health systems.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably with disruptive technologies.
  • Proven track record of success in hospital-based sales, including C-suite engagement and contract negotiation.
  • Experience in Critical Care, Emergency, or Neuro environments is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles influencing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong cold calling and account acquisition skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
