What you will do

• Develop and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for assigned industry verticals, including segmentation, persona development, and positioning.
• Create outcome-based narratives and messaging that translate technical capabilities into tangible ROI for buyers.
• Lead product and solution launches from planning to post-launch optimization, monitoring pipeline and conversion metrics.
• Serve as the voice of the customer by synthesizing field insights to inform the product roadmap and future investments.
• Partner with Growth Marketing to develop demand programs, SDR plays, and sales enablement assets.
• Utilize AI tools to increase PMM productivity and mentor junior team members in the craft of product marketing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or GTM strategy.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end GTM and successful B2B product launches.
• Experience working in a high-growth, scaling SaaS environment.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical information into concise messaging for diverse audiences.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Diego or San Francisco offices.
• Ability to travel 15–25% to engage with customers and represent the company at industry events.

• Deep knowledge of commercial fleet, transportation, telematics, IoT, or computer vision segments.
