What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to an established client portfolio by building strong client relationships.
- Drive revenue through renewals and expand revenue via needs-based up-selling and cross-selling.
- Own end-to-end deal execution, including negotiation, contracting, and approvals to achieve sales outcomes.
- Manage complex strategic deals by aligning multiple decision makers, products, and funding sources.
- Create and maintain account plans and an active forecasted pipeline to meet annual quota targets.
- Maintain accurate SFDC data and partner with Client Success and Marketing on retention, business reviews, and win-back campaigns.
Requirements
- Location: Remote in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or services sales.
- Proven track record closing enterprise sales and managing 3–5 high-value accounts while attaining or exceeding annual quotas.
- Ability to assess client environments across business processes, organization, and technology to prioritize growth opportunities.
- Strong business communication skills (verbal and written) and experience managing multiple senior stakeholders.
