TL;DR
Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS/IT Operations): Driving enterprise sales and profitability by expanding adoption in G2K net new prospects and growing wallet share within largest enterprise accounts, with an accent on full sales-cycle execution, pipeline building, and cross-sell/upsell expansion. Focus on negotiating opportunity terms and contracts, delivering product demos and discovery calls, and forecasting accurately in Salesforce to hit quota in a defined territory.
Location: Remote in Illinois (must reside outside the city limits of Chicago)
Salary: $150,000–$175,000 base per year; On Target Earnings $300,000–$350,000 per year

What you will do
- Qualify prospective accounts and maintain an up-to-date pipeline to achieve sales goals
- Run discovery calls, presentations, and demos; build credibility and act as a trusted advisor
- Manage full sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through close for net new and expansion opportunities
- Identify key decision-makers and procurement processes to drive wins
- Negotiate opportunity terms, discounts, and implementation details with leadership approval for below-threshold discounts
- Forecast opportunities in Salesforce and manage a multimillion-dollar pipeline within a defined territory
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS selling with full sales-cycle ownership within the region
- Experience selling into the MI, OH, IL & IN market
- Experience selling IT operations software or similar solutions
- Proven success meeting/exceeding enterprise sales quotas with a hunter/closer mindset
- Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship
