What you will do
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative primary market research to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Build competitive intelligence across the tax-tech and compliance ecosystem.
- Analyze complex datasets using Excel and Power BI to identify market trends and customer pain points.
- Translate research findings into clear, stakeholder-ready narratives and strategic recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and analytics to ensure insights drive business decisions.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance data synthesis, qualitative coding, and research efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or social science.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in primary market research.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to connect insights to business outcomes.
- Experience using AI tools to improve research output and operational efficiency.
