What you will do
- Drive organic growth targets in partnership with Corpsite and Content teams.
- Execute technical SEO recommendations including site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and internationalization.
- Lead content optimization efforts through keyword research and content gap analysis.
- Develop strategies to enhance E-E-A-T for YMYL content to build authority.
- Analyze and report on SEO performance to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends including AEO, GEO, and the impact of AI on search.
Requirements
- 4+ years of SEO experience, with at least 2 years in B2B, SaaS, or fintech.
- Proven track record of driving organic revenue and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of international and technical SEO.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Must be based in London or the EMEA region.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with CMS platforms like Contentful or WordPress.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with AEO/GEO tactics for AI search.
- Experience with link building and international site launches.
