Location: Hybrid or remote work available in Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Spain, or Poland.

What you will do

  • Drive traffic across organic, paid, and AI search channels targeting fintech developers and enterprise buyers.
  • Manage the full HubSpot inbound funnel, including landing pages, lead scoring, and nurture sequences.
  • Create and maintain high-impact sales collateral such as pitch decks, battle cards, and one-pagers.
  • Lead end-to-end product launch campaigns and align website content with the product roadmap.
  • Own zendit.io performance through SEO, CRO, and developer documentation updates.
  • Manage logistics and strategy for major industry trade events like Money 20/20 and MWC.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in SaaS, fintech, or API-first products.
  • Proven track record in running demand-generation campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Expertise in HubSpot workflows, sequences, and dashboard management.
  • English proficiency: C1 required.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience in CRM hygiene and KPI reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to technical or developer audiences.
  • Proficiency in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
