What you will do

• Develop and execute the integrated field marketing strategy for the ANZ region to support revenue objectives.
• Drive pipeline growth through a strategic mix of events, account-based initiatives, and digital engagement.
• Manage and allocate the regional field marketing budget with full commercial accountability for outcomes.
• Partner with regional sales leadership to align marketing activities with commercial priorities and accelerate deal cycles.
• Define and lead the regional event strategy, including industry conferences and executive roundtables.
• Optimize the regional digital presence and develop localized customer success stories and proof points.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in regional marketing for B2B SaaS companies.
• Experience managing and developing teams of direct reports.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including PPC, SEO, email, and social media.
• Demonstrated success in managing metric-driven demand generation programs.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Hubspot (or similar marketing automation tools).
• Must have existing work rights for Australia; visa sponsorship is not available.
